个人简介
美国威斯康星大学医学与公共卫生学院副研究员、访问学者，美国阿拉巴马大学公共卫生学院博士后，华中科技大学同济医学院卫生毒理学博士，环境医学硕士，河南医科大学预防医学学士。湖北省营养学会理事；湖北省食品安全企业标准备案审查专家组专家。
科研：主持国家自然科学基金2项，发表SCI文章数十篇。主要研究膳食营养、食品安全与健康，妇幼及老年营养。
教学：湖北省教育厅、黄瓜视频
、医学部教学研究项目各1项。主要讲授本科生课程：《营养与食品卫生学》、《营养学》、《专业英语》、《卫生学》、《预防医学》、《社区医学》（留学生），研究生课程《食品营养与食品安全》、《实验室安全与仪器操作规范》等。
